Terms & Conditions.

Website design, rebuilds, and ongoing care from Zolfrix.

Draft updated September 11, 2026

Preview draft — not a finalized service agreement.

These terms outline the proposed service approach. Final legal review and a written project agreement are needed before services are purchased. Browsing this website does not create an order or enroll you in a subscription.

01. Quotes & project scope

Advertised package prices are starting prices, not fixed quotes for every project. Website rebuilds start at $250 and increase depending on the extent of the updates. Features, pages, deliverables, and the total price are confirmed in a written proposal before work begins.

See our pricing page for current package descriptions. Requests beyond an agreed scope require an updated quote and approval before additional work is started.

02. Additional third-party costs

Domain purchases and renewals, hosting or platform subscriptions such as Shopify, paid plugins and apps, and applicable payment-processing, email, or text-message fees are separate from our build, rebuild, and maintenance charges unless expressly included in writing.

Not every project needs every service. Required services, account ownership, and recurring costs should be reviewed and approved before purchase. Third-party providers set their own pricing and terms.

03. Client content & responsibilities

Clients supply accurate business information, approved wording, images, menus, prices, policies, and other requested materials. Clients must have permission to use supplied content and confirm it is suitable for their business.

Product-page design does not include entering individual products: adding and maintaining product listings is the owner’s responsibility unless separately agreed. The client must confirm location-specific tax settings and any legal or industry requirements with appropriate advisers.

Access to business accounts should be provided through secure invitations or agreed secure methods. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive customer information in an inquiry.

04. Timelines, approvals & changes

We offer same-day responses and fast service. A response commitment is not a promise that an entire website or every requested change will be completed that day. Project schedules depend on scope, timely content, approvals, and third-party availability.

Each build or rebuild includes two consolidated rounds of revisions within the approved scope. One round means one combined list of changes sent after a preview. Corrections needed to match the agreed scope do not use up a revision round. Additional rounds, a new design direction after approval, or new features require a separate approved quote.

Please provide consolidated feedback within seven business days of a review request. If we are waiting on materials, approval, or a due payment for more than 14 calendar days, we may pause the project after written notice and agree a new schedule when you are ready. Silence is not launch approval, and a pause does not automatically forfeit your deposit. We launch only after written approval and the agreed final payment.

05. Optional monthly maintenance

Monthly care is optional and recommended. Starting monthly prices are listed on our Monthly Care section. The proposed service includes monthly checks for inactive links, broken pages, broken images, and other covered issues, plus covered fixes and small updates at no additional charge.

Small updates mean changes to existing text, contact details, business hours, or replacement images within the existing design. Each monthly plan includes up to 60 minutes of these requested content updates per billing month; unused time does not roll over. Fixing covered broken links, pages, or images discovered during the scheduled monthly check does not reduce that allowance. Major redesigns, new features, product entry, third-party charges, and recovery from unauthorized third-party changes require a separate quote. Monitoring and maintenance cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime or prevent every issue.

Plans run month to month and are billed in advance. There is no minimum term or cancellation fee. Automatic monthly renewal is enabled only with the client’s explicit agreement to the price and renewal date. An online cancellation link must be provided before any online recurring plan is activated; cancellation requests through the contact channel on your invoice or our Contact Us page are also accepted.

Cancel any time before your next billing date to stop the next renewal. Care continues until the end of the paid period. Partial-month refunds are not normally provided for a client-requested cancellation after care begins, except where required by law. If we cannot provide the agreed care, we will refund the undelivered portion. Any charge made after a timely cancellation will be refunded. We will give at least 30 days’ written notice of a price change, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

Ending maintenance does not cancel your separately owned domain or hosting and does not remove ownership of your website. You remain responsible for those provider bills and ongoing updates. No subscription is activated or billed through this demo.

06. Payments, calendars & messages

Payment, booking, calendar, email, and text-message connections depend on compatible services, approved access, and the capabilities of each provider. The specific integration is confirmed before it is included in a project.

The business owner is responsible for maintaining required accounts, handling customer orders and refunds, and providing approved communications and appropriate consent requirements. Marketing and review-request automations require a separately agreed setup; a website purchase does not itself authorize messages to customers.

07. Payments, cancellations & refunds

50% to begin. 50% before launch.

Unless a signed proposal states otherwise, a 50% deposit is due after the written scope is approved and before work starts. The remaining 50% is due after the agreed work is ready for approval and before launch or final handoff. Deposits count toward the project total; they are not automatically non-refundable. Approved third-party purchases are payable before they are ordered.

If you need to cancel

You may cancel by written notice using the contact channel on your proposal or our Contact Us page. Before work begins, your payment is refunded minus only separately approved, already-incurred third-party costs that the provider will not refund.

After work begins, you pay for documented work actually completed within the approved scope and any approved non-recoverable third-party costs. The proposal must allocate the price to milestones or state an agreed hourly rate before work begins; we do not invent an hourly rate after cancellation. The service charge cannot exceed the approved project fee, less amounts already paid. We provide an itemized statement and refund any unearned balance.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of cancellation, or sooner if the law requires; bank processing may take additional time. If we cancel or cannot complete the agreed work, you receive the unearned balance back, with any other rights or remedies preserved. No cancellation penalty is added.

A change of preference after agreed work has been delivered does not automatically entitle a client to a full refund. If work does not match the agreed scope, please tell us so we can offer a correction or an appropriate remedy. Nothing here limits cancellation, refund, or other rights required by applicable law.

08. Ownership, licenses & handoff

You keep ownership of the materials you supply. After full payment, our signed project agreement will transfer the rights we own in the final custom work specifically created for your project. We provide the agreed source files, administrator access, and a basic handoff guide. Any platform export or portability limits must be explained before the project is approved.

Pre-existing templates, reusable components, open-source software, fonts, stock assets, plugins, and provider platforms are not transferred as exclusive property. They remain under their own licenses. Any reusable Zolfrix components included in the final work will carry a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and maintain them as part of your website, subject to identified third-party terms.

Domains and service accounts should be registered in the client’s name wherever possible, with Zolfrix invited as a collaborator. Recurring provider fees remain the client’s responsibility. We ask permission before using your website or business name in our portfolio. On cancellation, rights to fully paid, separable deliverables and available handoff files are documented in the cancellation summary; unused concepts are not automatically included.

09. Launch support & service limits

For 30 calendar days after launch, we will correct reproducible defects in our delivered work that prevent it from meeting the agreed scope at no additional charge. This correction period is separate from optional monthly maintenance and is not a limit on rights or remedies required by law.

New features, changes to approved content, third-party outages, provider changes, or problems caused by later changes made by others are not included in that launch correction service. We can assess those requests and quote additional work where needed.

We do not promise specific search rankings, sales, revenue, universal platform compatibility, or uninterrupted third-party services. This draft does not attempt to waive responsibility for unlawful conduct or remove rights that cannot legally be excluded. Any project-specific liability provisions require legal review and an expressly agreed written contract.

11. Honest feedback & questions

Honest reviews are welcome, whether positive or critical. We do not require private contact before you share a review. Visit our Reviews page for the links.
